Mrs. Qaiser Shamim Khan

Chairperson

Mrs. Qaiser Shamim Khan is a founding member of Almoiz Group. Mrs. Shamim Khan is a Director on the Board of each Group Company, and has over 40 years of corporate experience in Pakistan. She is an active philanthropist and supports several social impact organizations.

Mr. Adnan Ahmed Khan

Chief Executive

Mr. Adnan Ahmed Khan is a Director on the Board of each of the Group Company, and has over 17 years of experience working with Almoiz Group in beverage, sugar, power and textile sectors in Pakistan. He is a former Senior Vice President of the Multan Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Mr. Khan holds a Bachelor’s degree from Boston University and a Master’s degree (Engineering & Business) from Northeastern University, USA.

Mr. Muhammad Shamim Khan

Executive Director

Mr. Muhammad Shamim Khan is a well-known industrialist with over 50 years of experience in managing large manufacturing companies in Pakistan.

Mr. Shamim Khan founded the Almoiz Group. He is Director on the Board of each Group Company. He has overseen the Almoiz Group’s expansion into various sectors including beverages, sugar, power, steel, and textiles in Pakistan. Mr. Shamim Khan has been elected as the President of Multan Chamber of Commerce three times.

Mr. Nauman Ahmed Khan

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Nauman Ahmed Khan is Director of the Almoiz Group. He is also the Director in other Group companies.

Mr. Khan obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, from Stanford University, USA.

Mr. Khan has nearly two decades of business experience, mostly in the beverage, sugar, power, steel, and textile sectors in Pakistan. He has worked for Goldman Sachs & Co. and Pepsi Co., USA.

Mr. Khan is the elected Chairman of the Pakistan Sugar Mills Association (Punjab Zone), the largest sugar-growing region in Pakistan. He also served as the inaugural Chairman of the Sugarcane Research and Development Board of Punjab from 2014-2019. Mr. Khan was selected as a Young Global Leader by the Switzerland-based World Economic Forum in 2012, and is a regular speaker at different national and international conferences, particularly related to the sugar business.

Mrs. Sarah Hajra Khan

Non-Executive Director

Mrs. Khan earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2011, with a minor in Computer Science from Columbia University, USA.

Mr. Anwar Ahmad Khan

Director

Mr. Anwar Ahmed Khan is has held wide ranging positions in public sector and has experience in dealing various government departments. He holds a master’s degree in English Language & Literature from G.C. University, Lahore and a Master in Public Administration from Pennsylvania State University from USA.

He has joined service (District Management Group) in 1980. He served first ten years of service on key positions in Baluchistan as Deputy Commissioner in 3 Districts, Lasbela, Pishin & Kalat. He was deputed as Deput Commissioner in Punjab Province from 1990 to 2010.

He has served as a Director General Local Govt & Rural Development and Secretary Housing, Urban Development & Public Health Engineering, Registrar Cooperatives Punjab, Secretary (Services) S&GAD and Secretary, Industries, Secretary Health and Secretary Local Govt & Community Development, Additional Secretary of Food & Agriculture in Federal Government CEO SMEDA and Secretary of Communications and Water & Power Development in Federal Government.

Mr. Khawaja Bilal Hussain

Independent Director

Khawaja Bilal Hussain is an MBA and a CFA Charterholder. Over a career spanning 26 years, he has worked with leading national and multinational organizations including the Almoiz Group, Engro, British American Tobacco, K-Electric and the AES Corporation of USA. He currently serves as a Partner at Crescent Bay Capital Partners and is a Director of various companies including The Thal Industries Corporation Limited and Baba Farid Sugar Mills. With deep experience across Pakistan’s industrial, agricultural, energy and power sectors, he holds functional expertise in Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Turnarounds, Growth, and Value Creation Planning.

Mr. Farid ud din Ahmed

Independent Director

Mr. Farid ud Din Ahmed is Law graduate from University of Punjab and a retired civil servant. He has served at various GOP’s departments particularly labor, health, and forestry. He served as Chairman CDA as well. He is the Chairman of the Audit and Human Resource Committees of BFSML.
